What if I have preferences for specific care modalities and have questions about another?
No problem! This is why we call it “custom.” During this appointment, our seasoned multidisciplinary team member will discuss your previous healthcare experiences and then develop a comfortable and effective treatment intervention. If you have specific questions about certain modalities/offerings, we can introduce you to the service provider so that you can have all your questions answered on time and free of charge.
How do we determine the right plan for you?
During your appointment, we will discuss your health concerns, health-related goals, and health history. Before we set up your treatments, we will consider your previous treatment experiences and preferences; to ensure your success, we will consider which of our staff/departments is best suited to help you achieve these goals.
How should I prepare for my CTP appointment?
Don’t stress. We will take the driver’s seat and guide you through the process! You bring your concerns, and we will deal with the rest.
Can I book my family for a custom treatment plan?
We can accommodate the whole family. Ensure each member has a 30-minute complementary booking, and we are happy to bring every family member through this service.
Can I create a treatment plan for more than one condition or concern?
Yes, this is the SIX08 Health Experience! We see patients with multiple concerns every day. We understand that health can be messy, and understanding where to start can leave you feeling tangled. Leave the untangling part to us. Many of our treatments can focus on multiple issues at the same time. We are happy to assess your needs and build a health plan as unique as you are.
What if I saw a specialist and they gave me a referral for my concern?
We are happy to help you find the caregiver your specialist referred you for. Perhaps you have other issues you want addressed at the same time? We can help you with that, too! Customization of your health plan is what sets us apart.
Can I build a plan around what my benefits cover?
Yes, we are more than happy to review your benefits and build a plan that best suits your coverage. We offer many services, many of which are covered under group benefit plans. A custom treatment plan is a great place to start; ask our team how we can help today.
Do I require a referral from my doctor to start the process?
No, you don’t need a referral for a custom treatment plan. Some benefit providers will require doctor referrals for these services to be covered under your benefits, but many do not. Every benefit plan is different.
How frequent will my treatments be?
The frequency of your treatments will be determined after taking many things into consideration. First of all, your preferences and, of course, your concerns that need addressing.
